Refund policy

Returns 
We respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange.

Our returns are 100% hassle free! Just use the prepaid return shipping label included with your package. The return shipping is on us. That’s right! You will not be charged. If you no more have the return shipping label at the time you changed your mind about your purchase, do not worry! Just email us a return request with your order number in the e-mail subject line. We will e-mail you a replacement return label right away.

Returns are accepted within 90 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be with original tags and packaging. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, shortly after we received your return. In case you opted for expedited shipping at the time of placing your original order (on top of free standard U.S. shipping provided by us), no refunds or adjustments will be made for those charges.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return or exchange, including time for processing and time for your bank to post your refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
If you need to exchange your originally purchased item for a different item, please follow the instructions under Returns above AND email us at or before the time you have shipped the original item. Please note “Returns” and your order number in the e-mail subject line and in the body of your e-mail provide the name of the item you would like to receive in exchange. All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to process exchanges on orders shipped to U.S. territories or military bases (APO/DPO/FPO). If you’d like to exchange your order for a different item, please follow the instructions under Returns above to return the order for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll send you an email confirmation and issue store credit to your account. Your gift-giver won’t receive a return confirmation email.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
